El presente aviso legal regula el acceso, navegación y uso de la plataforma InviteQR (en adelante, "la Plataforma"), a través de la cual MI SUPER PLAN SL presta servicios de gestión de eventos, registro de asistentes y venta y entrega de entradas mediante código QR, tanto de forma directa como en favor de los organizadores de eventos que utilizan la Plataforma.
El acceso y uso de la Plataforma atribuye la condición de usuario e implica la aceptación plena de las condiciones recogidas en este aviso legal. Si no estás de acuerdo con ellas, te rogamos que no utilices la Plataforma.
El usuario se compromete a hacer un uso adecuado y lícito de la Plataforma y de sus contenidos, de conformidad con la legislación aplicable, el presente aviso legal, la moral y el orden público. En particular, el usuario se obliga a:
Los eventos publicados en la Plataforma son organizados por los respectivos organizadores. La entrada adquirida da derecho al acceso al evento en las condiciones indicadas por el organizador. Las condiciones concretas de cada evento (aforo, horarios, edad mínima, política de cambios o devoluciones, etc.) son responsabilidad del organizador correspondiente. MI SUPER PLAN SL actúa como proveedor de la Plataforma tecnológica que hace posible el registro, la venta y la validación de las entradas.
Las entradas de pago se abonan a través de la pasarela de pago Stripe. El procesamiento del pago se rige por las condiciones y medidas de seguridad de dicho proveedor. MI SUPER PLAN SL no almacena los datos completos de las tarjetas de pago.
Todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial de la Plataforma, su código, diseño, estructura, marcas y logotipos son titularidad de MI SUPER PLAN SL o de terceros que han autorizado su uso. Queda prohibida la reproducción, distribución, comunicación pública, transformación o cualquier otra forma de explotación, total o parcial, de los contenidos de la Plataforma sin autorización expresa. Los logotipos, marcas y contenidos de cada organizador de eventos son titularidad de sus respectivos propietarios.
MI SUPER PLAN SL pone los medios razonables para garantizar la disponibilidad y el correcto funcionamiento de la Plataforma, pero no puede garantizar la ausencia total de interrupciones o errores. En la medida permitida por la ley, MI SUPER PLAN SL no será responsable de:
La Plataforma puede contener enlaces a sitios de terceros. MI SUPER PLAN SL no se responsabiliza de los contenidos ni de las políticas de dichos sitios, cuyo acceso es responsabilidad del usuario.
El tratamiento de los datos personales de los usuarios se rige por la Política de privacidad, que forma parte integrante de este aviso legal.
El presente aviso legal se rige por la legislación española. Para la resolución de cualquier controversia, y cuando la normativa lo permita, las partes se someten a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Palma (Illes Balears), sin perjuicio de los fueros que legalmente correspondan a los consumidores.
MI SUPER PLAN SL se reserva el derecho a modificar este aviso legal para adaptarlo a novedades legislativas o del servicio. La versión vigente será siempre la publicada en esta página.

This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the InviteQR platform (the "Platform"), through which MI SUPER PLAN SL provides event management, attendee registration and ticket sale and delivery via QR code services, both directly and on behalf of the event organisers who use the Platform.
Accessing and using the Platform confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of the terms set out in this legal notice. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Platform.
The user agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the Platform and its contents, in accordance with applicable law, this legal notice, morality and public order. In particular, the user undertakes to:
The events published on the Platform are organised by their respective organisers. The ticket purchased grants the right to access the event under the conditions indicated by the organiser. The specific conditions of each event (capacity, times, minimum age, change or refund policy, etc.) are the responsibility of the relevant organiser. MI SUPER PLAN SL acts as the provider of the technological Platform that makes registration, sale and validation of tickets possible.
Paid tickets are paid through the Stripe payment gateway. Payment processing is governed by that provider's terms and security measures. MI SUPER PLAN SL does not store full payment card details.
All intellectual and industrial property rights in the Platform, its code, design, structure, trademarks and logos belong to MI SUPER PLAN SL or to third parties who have authorised their use. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Platform's contents without express authorisation is prohibited. Each event organiser's logos, trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.
MI SUPER PLAN SL uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and correct functioning of the Platform, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, MI SUPER PLAN SL shall not be liable for:
The Platform may contain links to third-party sites. MI SUPER PLAN SL is not responsible for the content or policies of such sites, access to which is the user's responsibility.
The processing of users' personal data is governed by the Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of this legal notice.
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, and where the regulations allow, the parties submit to the Courts of Palma (Balearic Islands), without prejudice to the jurisdiction legally applicable to consumers.
MI SUPER PLAN SL reserves the right to amend this legal notice to adapt it to legislative or service developments. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.
