This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you register or buy a ticket for an event managed with the InviteQR platform.
The controller responsible for your data is the event organiser you register with or buy your ticket from (the "Organiser"). The Organiser manages access and its relationship with you through the InviteQR platform.
The InviteQR platform is provided, as data processor, by MI SUPER PLAN SL (Tax ID B57743189), with registered address at Carrer Francisco Rover 1, 07003 Palma (Balearic Islands, Spain), acting on the Organiser's instructions and providing the technical support for the service.
You provide this data voluntarily when registering or buying your ticket.
To manage your ticket and entry to the event, generate your QR code, create your private user area, process payment where applicable and, if you authorised it, send you information about upcoming events.
Processing is based on carrying out your request to attend the event or your purchase (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), on compliance with applicable legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) and, for marketing communications, on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from your private area or via the unsubscribe link in every email.
Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service, providers act as data processors: the InviteQR platform (MI SUPER PLAN SL), the payment gateway (Stripe), the email delivery provider and the hosting provider. These providers process the data solely to provide the service and in accordance with the instructions received.
We keep your data while your account remains active or while it is needed to manage the events you registered for, and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, tax and accounting). Data processed with your consent is kept until you withdraw it.
You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to its processing, request its restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the event Organiser. You can also edit your data and disable communications from your private area. If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
This website only uses technical storage strictly necessary for its operation: remembering your user session and the language you have chosen. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, nor do we share information with third parties for those purposes. This storage is therefore exempt from consent under the applicable regulations.
Your password is stored encrypted and never kept in readable text. We recommend changing the initial password the first time you log in. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
We may update this policy to adapt it to legal or service developments. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.
